Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate health and injury information

• Communicate any pain, symptoms, or limitations

• Follow instructions responsibly

• Use sound judgement during training and exercise

• Stop exercise if unsafe or experiencing abnormal discomfort

No Guaranteed Results

Results from coaching services vary between individuals and depend on factors including consistency, effort, recovery, nutrition, training history, and adherence to the program. No specific results are guaranteed.

Payments & Refunds

Coaching payments are billed as agreed upon between the client and Sam Noster Coaching.

• Online coaching services are non-refundable once the coaching period has commenced

• Digital products and programs are non-refundable

• Clients may cancel ongoing coaching with written notice prior to the next billing cycle

Intellectual Property

All programs, educational materials, videos, documents, and content provided by Sam Noster Coaching remain the intellectual property of Sam Noster Coaching and may not be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without written permission.

Media Release

Sam Noster Coaching may use testimonials, training footage, transformation photos, or other media content for marketing and educational purposes unless the client provides written notice requesting exclusion.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website or during coaching will be kept confidential and used only for coaching, communication, and business purposes.

Limitation of Liability
