I’m Sam Noster

Sam Noster - BeD (PE), ASCA, AWA, is a former professional cricketer and strength and conditioning coach who specialises in helping cricketers improve their performance through cricket-specific skills and structured strength and conditioning.

After spending years in first-class environments as a player, he understands the demands of the game at a high level and the importance of preparing the body to meet those demands.

With over two decades of premier-level playing experience and more than 10 years working as a fitness coach, Sam combines cricket-specific knowledge with proven strength and conditioning systems to deliver results that transfer directly to performance.
